Love Paramore, and I love Hayley! Since her hair is so bright red and doesn't have all that natural-ness to her hair, it must be easier on you to draw her, realistical and any other way. That's just my thought. I love this, very pretty.

I love the style you used in this, the crazy penciling, it feels so loose. I love the colors you used in the hair, and pretty much everything.
